An infestation of the exotic EAB was confirmed in Winona County at Great River Bluff State Park, and around the I-90 exit to Nodine. About eight miles away in Houston County EAB has been found in Veterans Park in La Crescent. Both Winona and Houston Counties have been placed under quarantine.
